How Multiculturalism Is Working In Canada

Every country has its own culture and identity. Nowadays, the migration of students, workers is seen in majority among foreign countries for education and employment. In some countries, people from another region are not accepted with culture of their native land, the nationalism is given as the priority rather than multiculturalism. The term multiculturalism is that people from different parts of the country live together in society with their own cultural backgrounds. The country where multiple cultures coexist is define as multiculturalism. Foreign countries are having the people from divergent regions such as China, India, Africa and so on.
This thing can be ignorable because in my opinion, most immigrants came here to get jobs because the country like India is having very less jobs. It is good for them that they are at least getting jobs here rest the big bungalow can be created with the help of small bricks. The celebration of each festival is done like the beautiful temples and churches are created in the country so that the people from other countries might not disconnection with their own cultural. No prohibition to the international students or people that they cannot celebrate any of the special occasion. The people coming from poor countries to increase their economy are treated good by colleagues and instructors as the lectures are always given together and help is given by the instructor if needed. The roles and policies made by the government of Canada is always implemented to both local and international people. As other countries people are also becoming the part of Canadian society so if the people in majority want to appeal for the right they are always welcomed the depth of the issue is taken into consideration so that they might not feel that this is not their own
