John F. Kennedy was the 35th president of the United States. He was president in the years of 1961 to 1963. John was the youngest president of the United States at the age of forty-four. His presidential term was cut short when he was assassinated at the age of forty-six. John was born on May 23, 1917, to a very power political family. While he was president he is mostly known for the Cuban Missile Crisis and the Bay of Pigs invasion. The effect of John F. Kennedy’s death caused America to come together and to succeed in new areas, it caused changes in America, and it caused a hunt for the assassin of John. John F. Kennedy brought America together. After his assassination, America was shocked. First came fear, then it became determination

He made it less likely to have nuclear warfare because he helped create the Partial Nuclear Test Ban Treaty which made sure that Cold War was stopped.
