How to Bake Vegan Cookies

We as people have a lot of recipes for lunch or dinner, but most of the times, we are left thinking what to eat with coffee .or tea We can buy some snacks from the store, but that can become expensive when it’s done every day. Moreover, some people are aware or their diet, so they will also be looking for a low calorie snack. It is always great to bake vegan cookies and have them with coffee or tea. They don’t take much time to make, and you can bring them where ever you go. They can also be eaten at any time in the day, but personally I enjoy them better at night. They can also be made with different ingredients like chocolate, vanilla etc. The best part about vegan cookies is the cost, and the time it take to prepare them.
The 1st step in making Vegan Cookies is to make sure you have all the required utensils and ingredients. You will need the cookie sheet.
These are the following utensil: A bowl, spoons, blender, paper towels, oven glove, and a following ingredients you will need:
Cake Flour: ¾ cup
Pastry Flour: ¾ cup
Unsweetened cocoa powder: ½ cup
Baking soda: ½ teaspoon
Salt: ½ teaspoon
Egg replacer equivalent for 6 eggs
Raw sugar: 1 cup
Packed dark brown sugar: 1 cup Vanilla extract: 1 tablespoon
Unsweetened dairy-free chocolate, chopped: 3 ounces
White dairy- free chocolate chips: ½ cup
The ingredients and utensils listed above can be found in your local supermarket. These ingredients and utensils are needed for baking vegan cookies.
The 2nd step for baking Vegan Cookies is to preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Whenever you want to bake something, you have to preheat the oven first. The temperature should be different according to what is being bake. Read instructions on packaged label to find heating instructions. Wrong temperatures will affect the baked product.
