how to bake a cake
How to bake a cake???
Store cakes are not as good as homemade cakes. The process of making cakes is very simple. The cook will need to know three things. The ingredients, the blending process and the time it takes to be fully baked.
The ingredients can vary between the different types of cakes and the slight change in the quantity of each ingredient can affect the taste of the cake. www.wikihow.com/Bake-a-Cake stated that the ingredients are "3/4 cup of butter. 3/4 cup of cocoa powder, 3/4 cup of flour which make the cake very soft, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder, 1 cup of sugar, 3 eggs, 1 teaspoon of vanilla and half a cup of butter milk". Butter is very important because it makes all the ingredients hold together. Cocoa powder gives the taste of chocolate.
Mix the ingredients together until they become as wikihow mentioned “thick and smooth”. The sugar then will be added then cocoa powder, flour, and vanilla. The mixer will start until all the ingredients have a united colour which will be the brown. Then it is ready to go into the microwave oven.
It will take about 45 minutes to be fully baked and ready to be eaten. The oven should be hot and the door should never be opened until the baking is finished. Then the cake should be get shaped into pieces and served with some hot chocolate and cream.
The process of making a cake can be different from one person to another and from one type of cake to another type of cakes. Cake making is very interesting and simple and can put smile on everybody face, also it does not take time to be finished.

In a medium bowl, combine the flour, salt, and baking soda. If this mixture becomes clumpy, you can reduce them by sifting through with a sifter. When you are done mixing these three ingredients you can place them off to the side because you will need them a little later. Now it is time to mix the rest of the ingredients. In a large bowl, beat the butter and sugar together, then beat the eggs and vanilla in. You will want to make sure to put in the sugar and butter first because when you mix the two together the sugar helps break down the butter. After you have mixed the butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla extract you need to add the dry ingredients, the ones that you mixed in the beginning. To make the process shorter and easier you will probably want to use an electrical mixer.…

According to Humble(2010) evidence from archaeological digs from our Neolithic ancestors have shown that cakes in some form or other were being made then, although these early endeavours are a far cry from our perception of what a cake is today. These ancient cakes would have been would have been made from little more than crushed grains , mixed with water and made into rounds and baked on a hot stone. They would have been very crude and flat as leavening agents had not yet been discovered; in fact the word cake is also used to describe something that is flat and compacted such as a cake of soap. Humble (2010) also writes that these so called cakes would have been the precursor to the oatcakes we have today but are now categorised as a biscuit. Castella(2010) writes that very little is known about the culinary experiences of these times as there are not much written about food prior to the eighteenth century, however some records exist in the form of tomb drawings, tax records, Greek plays and shipping and military records.…
