Most of the students face post exam blues. It’s mainly faced by them when they have written some important exams which would give a standard to them in their career like board exams, university exams, and entrance exams and so on. They worry after they complete their exams. Worrying changes nothing. Worrying about the past can never change the present or the future. This fear is felt by every person when they are waiting for the results of their exams. This is not a disorder, this is human’s nature. But the thing is we should overcome this. This fear increases our stress level and so we cannot concentrate in our work.
Many people do not eat well, sleep well and spoil their health. They become sick. Because they do not have confidence. They must believe in the hard work which they have put before and during their exams. Hard work never fails. They must think positive and be positive. Stress free life gives happiness. Mostly students have this fear when they are waiting for their board exam results. Even when the last twelfth board exam results where about to be issued, a girl feared that she may be failed and so she committed suicide. But when the results were issued she was passed in her exam, but failed in her life. She was not ready to face it because of her fear that she might fail.
In some cases it’s the parents who make their children scared of their results. They might have insisted their children to score more, but if their children have not written it well due to some reason, then it’s the duty of their parents to encourage their children. Instead some parents scold their children and make them feel regret. All parents do not do this but some parents do this. Everybody has ambition and everybody likes to score more marks. They lose their marks because some are playful, some do not have the capacity, some due to bad health and so on.
If we consider the case of the students other than those who were playful before
