What can person do to become an effective communicator in diversity workplace within China?

Abstract

With the progress of science and technology, the continuous development of economy and China 's entering into WTO, many foreigners set up a factory and come to work in China. Now China is facing a situation of diverse workforce. Therefore, how to become an effective communicator is a hot topic in China. The purpose of this study is to analyze the importance, problems and the ways of been an effective communicator.

According to my research, I found 3 mistakes when people communicate with diversity workforces: (1) culture diversity can be a big problem in business communications. (2) Unclear language can create a hindrance in understanding (3) language barriers. Rely on this 3 problems, I make some recommendation which are: (1) communicate effectively with diverse audience is to respect other cultures. (2) Invite and use feedback (3) learn more about own culture and other culture

1.0 Introduction
In this introductory section, the effective communicators within Chinese diversity workplace will be set out as primary information for better understandings. The originality of this research is also stated in the problem statement as a rationale behind this survey. Finally, the objective of this research will be developed.
