At the end of my speech the audience should be able to properly bake Oreo stuffed brownies.
Introduction:
Picture yourself at your next family function. It’s a holiday and everyone has been waiting all day to see what desserts will be set out. When a tray of brownies is placed on the dessert table, many hands will reach out and unsuspectingly grab what they believe to be a normal tasty chocolate treat. Imagine their surprise and delight when they take a bite and discover an Oreo hiding inside. Today I’d like to show you how to properly bake these Oreo stuffed brownies. I found this recipe online at pedersenfood.blogspot.com, where Michelle Pedersen has posted over 150 different recipes. These brownies won me 1st place out of 42 entries in the last cook off I entered, which is where I received this apron and oven mitt. I will be going over what ingredients are used, how to prepare these brownies, and finally how to bake them.

Oreo stuffed brownies are easy to bake and can add excitement to any dessert table.

I will be demonstrating the proper way to prepare the brownie mix, how to coat the Oreos, and finally how to bake them together.
Body:
I. Ensure the kitchen is properly set up for baking. A. Make sure that all surfaces are wiped clean before beginning to bake. B. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
C. Gather all of the ingredients needed, making sure you have measured out what needs to be measured. Different brownie mixes ask for different ingredients. I chose Betty Crocker Dark Chocolate fudge brownie mix, which require ¼ cup of water, ½ cup of vegetable oil, and 2 eggs.
D. Pull out a few cupcake trays, and spray them generously with cooking spray to ensure that the brownies do not stick to the pan. Cupcake trays are ideal for this dessert because they create the perfect single serving.
