The first thing to do is to round up all the needed ingredients. You’ll need about 2 ¼ cups of all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon of baking soda, a teaspoon of salt, 2 sticks of butter that are softened, 3/4 cups of granulated sugar, ¾ cups of packed brown sugar, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, 2 large eggs, and a bag of Nestle Toll House Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips, which I prefer. Then you’ll have to dig up a 15 x 10-inch jelly-roll pan, a small mixing bowl, a large mixing bowl, a hand-mixer, and a can of Pam to spray your pan. Once you have the ingredients and the pan is prepared, it’s time to preheat the oven to 375 degrees.…

I crack open the two eggs and pour them in the bowl, throwing away the shells. I measure 1/4 cup of water and pour it in the mixture as well as 2/3's of a cup of oil. The hardest part is blending it in really well; I take two minutes really mixing in the ingredients, making sure everything is well mixed in and is on the right condition, not too creamy, but not too hard. Once I am done with that, I grab a couple of Oreos and start breaking them into pieces and putting them in the plastic bag. I start hitting the Oreos, cracking them into smaller pieces and then pouring that into the brownie mixture.…

First, you must sift the dry ingredients together. The dry ingredients are flour, sugar, salt, baking soda, and cocoa. Simply place everything in a sieve and shake it back and forth over a bowl to eliminate clumps. Second, you will need to Stir in the liquid ingredients and stir well. These are the vinegar, oil, vanilla, water and egg. Some people like to add these ingredients individually, but others stir them together in a second bowl and before adding them to the dry ingredients.
