Peanut Butter Blossoms

Do you want an easy, great tasting cookie recipe? Then you need to bake my favorite cookie, called the Hershey Peanut Butter Blossoms. I’m going to tell you what ingredients you need, how to prepare your cookie dough with those ingredients, bake and place the Hershey Kisses on your cookies.
First gather all of your ingredients needed for these cookies. You will need a bag of Hershey Kisses, creamy peanut butter, shortening, granulated sugar, light brown sugar, one egg, vanilla extract, all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt. Also, you need a large bowl, two small bowls, beater, two mixing spoons, cookie sheet, and a cooling rack. After you have gathered all these ingredients, and cooking supplies, preheat your oven to 375°.
Next you have to prepare your cookie dough. Put a ½ cup of shortening and ¾ cups of peanut butter into a large bowl and beat until well blended. Add 1/3 cup of granulated sugar and 1/3 cup of brown sugar; beat until well blended. Add one egg, 2 tablespoons of milk, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla; beat well. Take one of your small bowls and stir together 1- ½ cups of flour, 1 teaspoon of baking soda, and ½ teaspoon of salt, then gradually beat this mixture into the large bowl of peanut butter mixture. Also keep a small bowl of sugar out to the side, (this will be used for later use). Now that you have prepared your cookie dough, its time to bake your cookies.
Lastly, roll your cookie dough into 1 inch balls. Roll the ball of cookie dough into your small bowl of sugar, until lightly coated with sugar. Place the ball of cookie dough onto the cookie sheet, about ½ inch apart from the other. Be sure your oven is preheated at 375° and bake for about 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned. While you’re waiting on the cookies to bake, unwrap about 48 Hershey Kisses. Immediately after you take the cookies out of the oven, press a Hershey Kiss into the center of each

Once you have prepared your kitchen you can get started on the recipe. First pour a pound of whole pecans and a teaspoon of cinnamon into the food processor and grind them to a fine chop. If you do not own a food processor you can purchase finely chopped pecans and hand mix the cinnamon into them; however, I do recommend the food processor method because you can chop the pecans to a nearly dust-like consistency. Set the cinnamon pecan blend aside while you start to prepare your dough.…

First, you will need to get the equipment and ingredients you will need to make the Oreo Truffles. There are several pieces of equipment that are necessary: a Ziploc bag, baking rolling pin, blender, a bowl, 2 spoons, microwave, baking pan, and a cookie sheet. The most vital part of this recipe is the ingredients. The ingredients that you will need are 1 package of Oreo cookies; you can get the regular or double-stuffed cookies, 1 package of 8 ounce Philadelphia cream cheese; however you should avoid fat- free because it can alter the texture or taste of the truffles, and 1 lb of semi-sweet chocolate or white chocolate chips. While preheating your oven, prepare the dough! Combine the 2 ¼ cups of flour and 1 teaspoon of salt in to your small mixing bowl. You won’t be using these right away, just set that aside while you prepare the rest of your dough. Now grab a large mixing bowl, add 2 sticks of butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, vanilla extract, and beat the four ingredients with your hand-mixer. Once the ingredients are well mixed together, crack the eggs into the mixture, one at a time. Beat the mixture until it is blended enough. Take the small bowl of dry ingredients, and slowly add small amounts into the already blended bowl. What you will be doing is adding a little, then using the hand-mixer to blend, little by little, until the dry mix is gone. Now you have the cookie dough. But wait! You have one last step! You can’t forget the chocolate chips! I tend to add the whole bag when making this dough, but feel free to add as many as you may please! Once you have added…

Cookies. Not the kind you by in the store that are harder than a rock and taste like they should be in a dog's bowl. I’m talking about the fresh-out-of-the-oven, melt in your mouth cookies. The kind that makes you salivate as soon as you smell them removed from the oven. The kind that when you dip in your milk will still hold together, but as soon as you place it on your tongue it falls apart. The kind that as soon as you take that first bite you taste an array of flavors; chocolate, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon. Ding, they are ready.…
