Engineering team communicates to PLM team for new Preconfigured Item Creation. C. PLM Team creates new preconfigured item in the Oracle Inventory module. D. PLM Team communicates this item numbers to the Marketing and Sales team.
2. Marketing & Sales Team A. Marketing and Sales Team determines the prices for new preconfigured Items. B. The Prices for the newly created preconfigured items are converted into three currencies, USD, EUR and GBP. C. Marketing & Sales Team communicates these prices to the Pricing Team.
3. Solar Pricing Team A. Pricing team receives the Preconfigured product information in the pre-determined format. B. Pricing Team determines the Price List Header to which these items need to be uploaded. C. Once the Header is decided, pricing team checks if the Price List Header already exists? a. If Price List Header does not exists, Create new Price List Header. Enter necessary details to define price list header like Price List Name, Effectivity Dates, Currency, Active & Global Flag, and Secondary Price List.
