Mr. Class reported that he is still marriage to his daughter’s mother. He indicated that they see their daughter and grandchildren two to three times a week. The grandfather reported that he and his wife help care for the children after school, he stated that the days depends on his daughter’s work schedule. He indicated that he has never witnessed her use a belt and have not heard the children mention it. Mr. Class reported that it he ever observed “his daughter using a belt on the children” he would correct it right away.
