Topic: Effects of workforce diversity on the organizational performance.

In this statement organization performance is depended variable and diversity is independent because organizational performance is depending on diversity.
Diversity Variables (ID):
The independent variables that I have chosen are Gender and Culture.
Organization Variable (DV):
The dependent variables that I have chosen are financial performance and financial performance.

Why I choose this topic?
I choose this topic because due to globalization, people from different countries and cities with different culture, race and religion combine and work together which creates differences among employees in terms of thinking, norms, values and religion and it is very common in organizations now a days.
In today’s business environment managing of workforce diversity is a very important issue. Now days managing of women and minorities are the big issue in organizations. This diversity changes the organizational demography and also HR practices. If HR managers not manage such diversity in proper way its decreases the organizations overall performance. Good management of workforce diversity increase the organization performance and its profitability.HR management educate the management and work force and develop the awareness about the benefits of diversity and how to manage it in a proper way.

Diversities are of many types such as Age ,Gender, Race and ethnicity, Education, Physical appearance, Culture, Problem-solving ability, Experiences when being raised, Language etc. but the issue is that how the manger manage to use these diversities for increasing the performance and performance of its organization by using HR. Managing workforce diversity is to handle the diversified workforce. Roosevelt Thomas on Redefining Diversity, broadens the general knowledge of diversity within the workplace and our everyday lives.
