What has been my learning from course of Human Resource Management (HRM)?
“Employees are the greatest asset of the organization and managing them effectively is the most difficult task for a manager”. So identifying the various ways HR professionals can support organization strategies for quality, growth and efficiency is of utmost importance. It is not just the duty of the HR people but also the responsibility of the managers at all levels to know about these practices.
Human Resource Management, a course which has been taught during the third semester of the curriculum paves the right way to learn all these HR practices and methodologies. The key take-ways and learning from the course are as follows: 1. The various ways in which HRM can support organization expanding internally. When a manager should plan for proper training and mentoring program so that the knowledge by the older professionals is not lost and is passed on to young professionals. 2.
