1. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
In the recent years, the Human Resources Management area suffered drastic changes which have been responsible for the excellence contribution of intellectual capital that symbolizes, more than anything, the importance of the human factor for the success and sustainability of the organizations. Actually, the main competitive advantage of firms stems from their human capital; employees are the most important asset of any organization. Therefore, it is imperative for companies to concern with the development, motivation and involvement of the employees to ensure their commitment in order to accomplish strategic goals.
