Since 2001 humanlogix has developed modern, high-performance online tools to support selection, evaluation and development of best talents in management and in banking industries. The tool suite «tools4talents» consists of different online tools to identify individual behavioural patterns and to match them with the company’s needs and cultural settings.

Humanlogix tools4talents was proofed by the scientific community and in real business practice. It was one of the winning online applications 2005 awarded for the Austrian National Price.

We call such a pair „middle-attributes“. In addition humanlogix introduces so called wing-attributes, which are more distinct or explicit. Many people make use of all attributes in a specific mixture.

With the model of middle- and wing-attributes humanlogix gives an easy to understand model of behavioural attributes. The major advantage to other models is that all attributes are equally valuable, reducing the risk of social desirability. Right or wrong can only be judged in terms of suitability for a job.

Nonetheless, humanlogix points out the risk of exaggerations: Making extensive use of one attribute might lead to unwanted exaggerations and one-sided behaviour hampering success. Knowing about that risk is a great value to those who want to use their behavioural attitudes deliberately.
