Hypnosis Speech
Everyone get comfortable and clear your mind. Take a deep breath and try to relax your body, while still listening to the sound of my voice. Take one big breath in, one big breath out. Keep taking deep breaths, and concentrate on the sound of my voice. Concentrate on the sound o my voice. Concentrate on relaxing your body. Feel your feet relaxing, all the muscles loosening up and feeling heavy. Feel your legs relaxing, becoming just as loose and heavy as your feet. Now, feel your back loosening up, and relaxing and becoming thick. Your entire lower body should be feeling heavy and relaxed. Make sure your still comfortable, and we'll continue with your upper body. Be aware of your arms. They should be feeling thick and heavy, extremely relaxed just like the rest of your lower body. You shouldn't be able to move them, they should just lay at your side, thick and heavy. Now loosen your upper body. Your chest should feel thick, and heavy. Take a deep breath, and it should fill up your entire lungs. Now relax your head, and feel it loosen and get heavy. Don't let it fall though. Just feel heavy and relaxed. When I count down from ten to one, you will fall deeper and deeper in to hypnosis. Ten. With every number, you will fall deeper and deeper under. Nine. Your entire body should feel heavy, and thick. Keep breathing. Eight. Your head should feel extremely thick. Feel free to drop it if you need to. Seven. Keep breathing, and feel all the muscles in your body loose and heavy. Six. You should be halfway under, relaxed and falling into Hypnosis. Five. Keep breathing, and don't forget. One Deep breath in, One Deep breath out. Four. You should almost be Under Completely. Three. You're head should be resting now, let it fall If you haven't already. Make sure your sitting in your chair still. 2. We're almost there. Keep breathing, and concentrating on the sound of my voice. AND One. Sleep. You should be completely under now.... And at this moment, the Hypnotizer would start

Hypnosis, as a term and as a practice, is shrouded in centuries of mystery and surrounded by misconception. Even the word itself, derived from the Greek ‘hypnos’, meaning sleep, is misleading; most people today, even if they hadn’t experienced it themselves, would recognise that being in a hypnotic state is not the same as being asleep. In order to reach a satisfactory definition of hypnosis, it is necessary therefore to explore its origins, examine its physical and psychological effects, and perhaps explode a few myths along the way.…

You will find that hypnosis MP3s are usually about 30 minutes long, and the first 15 minutes are spent getting you into a relaxed state. Therefore, don't lay down to do a hypnosis session. The chances of you falling asleep are very high, and even though your subconscious mind may still hear the messages that are being said, you won't be able to consciously remember them, which is important. Why? If you have someone on the hypnosis who knows NLP, you will be introduced to a technique that you can use in your everyday life, and you will want to remember what that technique is.…
