BIG-DIG PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Introduction
l am going to explain how l will do this project. l will follow the Frank's Fine Floats example. My crew have a new bridge to build and l will use PERT/CPM to help me manage the project. PERT is program evaluation and review technique and developed to handle uncertain activity times. CMP is critical path method and developed for industrial projects for which activity times generally were known. PERT/CPM help me answer questions such as: what is the total time to complete the project? what are the scheduled start and finish dates for each specific activity? which activities are critical and must be completed exactly as scheduled to the keep the project on schedule? how long noncritical activities be delayed before they cause an increase in the project completion time? All this question answered excel page 1,2,,3,4,5,6.

As part of the planning process, the company generated the following activity. Activity description, activity, immediate predecessors and completion time (month) are showing excel page 1.
Project scheduling
The Big-Dig project management is research to specific activities and related to activity each other. Each specific activity scheduled and show the earliest start and earliest finished times by mount. And latest start and latest finish times by mount. The completion time for this project using normal time is 84 mount. Immediate predecessor activity that must be completed immediately before the current activity can begin.
