Stress management starts by identifying major stressors in my life. Sometimes that is the hardest part because it is hard to look on my own thoughts and feelings, and recognize the source of the stress, as well to figure out how to respond to stress in a most appropriate way. Sometimes I feel that I need to take responsibility for the overthinking and creating unnecessary stress. At this moment in my life the 4 major ongoing stressors in my life are:

My boyfriend broke up with me- the reasoning was that he did not feel happy anymore. As much as I understand that if a person does not feel happy in relationship, he should end it. But I just feel that my boyfriend gave up easily- he choose the easiest way out of relationship, because he did not want to work on it. And now, I cannot even talk with him- because I cannot forgive him that he gave up so easily, as well I feel that he just wasted my time. In my family, my parents are married for over 40 years, so I kind of feel pressured to find that right person. And I have seen my parents fighting, but they had always managed to work through it.
• End of the semester. And another stressor in my life is the end of the semester. Now I feel more pressured than ever to pass all the classes with good grades, because I will have no money or time to retake these classes. I always stress out about my final exams because I need to have good grades in them and I feel that no matter how much I have worked during the semester in class, one bad final exam can negatively affect my
