There are four personality types, fire, wind, water and ice. There are questions you can ask that will give you the clues you need. Ask them what job they are currently doing. If you find out that they are in a profession that doesn't tie them up in a cubicle and allows for a lot of change you might have a fire. If the person is in a customer service-driven profession you may have found someone who likes to talk a lot and is a wind. If the person is in a helping profession it is likely that you have found a water type. Someone who is in an analytical profession may be an ice
