Rather than explain why and how I disagree with words and policies of Donald Trump, or the general disdain I feel for his character, it might be better to instead tell of why I would vote for Hillary. I
would cast my vote for Hillary because I have faith in her. She has the experience needed for this position and her past achievements tell the story of all that she has done for the American people. Secretary Clinton has shown through her work as First Lady and in the government that she cares about people and is willing to fight for their fundamental rights. She will fight for children and families in America because as a mother she knows the struggles these people face and how important it is that every child lives up to their God-given potential. I believe that Hillary will show strength in her convictions and make better our already great nation.
In conclusion, I would vote for Hillary because she has been there in every sense of the phrase. She cares about the people and will fight for those who need a voice. I believe that a president should be chosen not based on their race or gender, but on the content of their character and what they would bring to the table as the voice of the people. I would vote for her not because she is a woman, but because she is by far the most qualified and capable candidate for the highest position in the land, who also happens to be a woman. While I am not yet able to vote, I cannot express just how deeply excited I am for when I can cast my vote and voice my opinion in our nation's government.
