sIMPACTS OF CSR :
1)ON BUSINESS COMPANY:
a.ENSUREMENT OF WORKERS’ RIGHTS AND BENEFITS:
By implimenting csr,the company has ensured workers’ rights and benefits and their is no need to create a collective labour agreement and maintain existence of a trade union.

b.PROTECTION FROM PROTESTS AGAINST THE INDUSTRIES:
The responsibilities towards the emplyees are well fulfilled by the company by satisfying them and so the employees need not to protest against the industries. c.RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN CSR AND FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE:
Firm incurs costs from socially responsible actions that put the company at an economic disadvantages compared to other,less responsible firms.Thus,the company sees involvement in socially responsible activities as a negative association.

d.CSR AND MARKET SHARE:
Through the development of the company’s market shares,it also satisfies bondholders. e.ON THE HUMAN RESOURCE PERFORMANCE:
The management theory suggests that csr has a positive impact on the HR performance,a firm with good employee relations lowers its employees’ turnover rate and improves employee motivation.

f.CSR AS A LEVER FOR ATTRACTING,MOTIVATING AND RETAINING EMPLOYEES:
The workplace dimension of csr helps to provide company with ideal environment for high labour productivity and innovation.

g.ENHANCES PROFITABILITY AND HENCE VALUE OF FIRM:
Thus,csr also enhances the profitability of the company and increases the value of the company by the development of the company.

2. ON THE SOCIETY
a.GENERATION OF EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES:
CSR helps in the development of employment opportunities by providing job to the local people.

b.IMPROVES THE STANDARD OF LIVING:

CSR initiatives must be carefully planned and executed to ensure positive results and good public relations.
