Rule: Don’t put chewed gum under tables. Official Reason: It is gross, and hard to remove.

Real Reason: It will multiply!

If you ever chew a piece a gum, and it doesn't matter the flavor, size, or color, the sweet or minty taste will eventually fade. You all know what I’m talking about, but when this happens, please dispose of it in a waste basket instead of putting it underneath a table.
In some cases this is vandalism, and difficult to remove, but always it is just straight up disgusting. It is especially unappealing for that person whose hand bumps the underside of the table on accident and discovers the pure awful slimy wad of chewed gum.However, that is not the worst thing that can happen. That’s when you start to get the taste, but it will not last forever. After a while it will turn bitter, but it is still alive. Now, if you place it in a garbage can, like you’re suppose to, the other trash will keep it company. Although, if you are lazy and instead decide to put it under a table it will feel very deserted. Pieces of gum despise being lonesome, and even though they won’t get lonely right away, it only takes about 2 maybe 3 hours before it gets tired of staring at the floor. Hopefully someone one will find and get rid of it before that happens. If this is not the case though then the piece of gum will want some company. This is when it will begin to multiply, and I’m not talking about it creating just one more piece of itself, oh no. The gum will make hundreds and hundreds of copies of itself and it won’t stop to ensure itself it will never be lonely again. The copies will polish the entire table, then flood to
