Cox v Louisiana, that a state governor can't be employ "breach of the peace" statutes against protesters engaging in a peaceful demonstration that may lead to violence. This violated their right to peacefully assemble. One of the last cases I did research on was the Flast v Cohen, the federal courts should have defer when confronted with tax pay suits directed against federal spending programs.
