Important Things To Excell In College

One thing that I excell in in going to the practices and putting in the time to get better. I am able to put in the time and try to excel in the best way. My problem is when I play with one of my teams I am a part of, I feel like they are judging me and like they don't trust me with the ball, so I try less. When I go to my other team I feel more open minded and I try more because I feel like they trust and like me more and I am more comfortable. I put time into both, but I go and don't put in full effort. I want to be able to go into my first team more open minded and be able to give it my all. Another thing that I am successful in is my education. This is something that I put my effort in full time and try to take in as much as I am offered.
Where my down fall on this is when it goes into my further education. I am much like the girl in the book who doesn't want to share her dreams or try for them in fear of them being shut down and someone telling me they are not reachable. I recognize that without failure I am not going to be able to become something great, and that I need to get over my fear of messing up. Failure is a part of life and it is something I am scared to face.
