Topic: In recent year, life has come more stressful than it has ever before. As a consequence, more and more people are suffering from stress-related problems. What factors are contributing to this increase and what do you think can be done to overcome the current problems?

In recent years, the number of people being stressful has increased dramatically. A lot of people’s diseases are caused by this problem. This essay is to discuss 2 major factors causing this increase: heavy workload, family problems and to suggest some possible measures./ stress which is caused by two major factors: heavy workload and family problems can be solved/ tackled by some possible measures.

No one can deny the deep impact of stress on peopleStress is caused by two main reasons. The first obvious cause is increasing workload. As the economicsy is developing more and more faster, there is no doubt that the amount of works will rise as well. That is the reason why stress can be found in everywhere. For example, doing too much works ast the same time will lower the productivity as well as increase stress in the workplace. Another further cause is family problems. Today, there are a lot ofmore problems in a family than ever before. Violentce in videos, films, the disconnection between family members and so on, all of them contribute to the sharp increase a main part of causing in stress. In fact, nobody can concentrate on their works once they are still distracted by their own personal problems. As a result, not only their works but also their family will be affected by stress.
