As surrogacy becomes more popular, legal problems proliferate. The more people turn to commercial surrogacy the more problems can come along, because surrogacy is not private or protected by anyone. No background checks on anyone dealing with the surrogate mothers or family getting the children. A big problem; the mother can try to deny the adoption after the mother gives birth. Once a women signs in becoming a surrogate mother, all rights automatically remove. A surrogate mother's job is to carry another couple’s child until birth, maybe a friend were born from a surrogate mother, would people think differently if it were them? On that note, nobody needs to feel or think they are unloved and or unwanted because the parents and child have different DNA.
