The transportation arrangements include transport residents to doctor appointments, activities, etc. You must have fleet insurance or sedan service to provide transportation for the residents. Since most of the residents have their own vehicles it is most appropriate and cost effective to arrange transportation for those who do not. However, in arranging for transportation, we need to contact county services or city rides to provide transportation service three times per week. A labor organization or union is a collective bargaining group who represents the welfare of workers who work together to resolve grievances. All the workers engaged with the labor organization or the Union strives together to achieve objectives such as wages, working conditions, and working hours. The greatest power of a union in health care is that of collective bargaining. This allows members to negotiate with employers as a group, rather than as individuals. Several labor laws have been created to administer the internal workings of unions and their relations with employers. The effect of labor relations in health care systems is that it helps managers avoid errors they would not otherwise recognize. The biasness minded manager is not able to resolve the issues with wisdom approaches. Thus go with clear mind towards problem solution. The residual theory of management rights has managers principally only looking out for their own rights. This, after a lot judgment, is no means to run a flourishing business. The residual theory is release to the information that there could be worth behind any demands made by the union of employees. As the union is the voice of your employees, their demands require to be looked at as imperative. As an executive you require to demonstrate good confidence to your employees and be keen to argue their concerns and work on a contract that is acceptable to both labor and management or executive. This directs to worker satisfaction…

However, a week after the memo was sent out, the employer terminated an employee, Guillermo Gardel, who was a participant in the campaign organizing, for failing to follow proper lifting procedures and lying when questioned about his actions. The termination of this employee was seen as an anti-union animus because the employer stated that it was opposed to unionization.…
