The issues are about ethical issues in working placement. Kohlberg (1984) insist that the ethical issues have strong influence on moral, the unethical experiences and observation during industrial training can influence on their ethical awareness. According to Rest (1984), this component involves ‘trying to understand the gut feeling on the matter’ as empathy, anger or anxiety may be present prior to reflecting or contemplating on a social situation. For example, Wyatt and Philips (2005) state that internet use incorrectly is a big issue in working place, their research shows that a quarter of time spent on the internet is for personal use and could decrease the productivity. To conclude, this ethical awareness is important before students enrol for industrial training. Faculty can create a subject or through embedded ethic in other subject that focus on ethical principle and relevant discipline.
Other issue of industrial training is about moral issues. Moral issues is vital to determine how broadly this future leaders alert about the moral issues around them. In order to react an ethical manner with moral issues, they should have a great moral awareness. The company and industry need to monitor their intern behavioural to avoid unwanted moral issues.
