As mentioned above all three supports are against the client's offending behaviours. The client has mentioned previously that he has not told anyone about his anxiety as he “feels weak”. However because the client is close with his father and brother they could be a big help with the client's anxiety, making him feel comfortable to talk about it. Another formal support which may be helpful for this client is the Mental Health Headspace Agency. This agency helps young people aged 12-25 with mental health and wellbeing services, providing psychologists, psychiatists, and counsellors. There are no application requirements and no cost fees. The agency operates twenty-four-seven with business hours being 9-5 during week days and after hours available anytime via telephone. This agency allows for easy accessability as they have three options for contact including talking in person, online or over the phone.
