This study will use a selecting informant sampling procedure, which will allow to interview a specific member of each school with will allow to obtain a specific and bias information about each athletic program and the results of the presence of medical provider during practices and games of any athletic activity. By analyzing each high school in the state of Oklahoma between classes 3A and 6A football programs, the primary researcher will be attempting to measure the results of the procedures, policies and medical practices that improved the health outcome for the student-athletes. Although, the athletic directors (ADs) of each school will be asked to complete the survey or designate another individual at the school (such as an athletic trainer, nurse, physician, or principal) that was better qualify for the task. All the individuals that completed the survey were asked to provide their position in the high school.

Each participant will be required to return the survey by mail to the specific address attached on the cover letter and email. After the surveys are returned, an interview will be set up with most of the participants for further question over medical coverage provided by each athletic program.
