This report has been created to examine the purposes of the internship program including the beneficial factors and to summarize work done during this phase. The research points out the factors involving a successful internship period and the tasks performed. My work as an internee in LINK3 TECHNOLOGIES LTD. was IT Support Engineer.

I sincerely like to thank my Internship supervisor Mr. Mashoiur Rahman, The Head, Department of Computer Science, American International University- Bangladesh (AIUB). I would like to express thank him to supervise me in all possible way for my successful completion of the internship. I am also grateful to my supervisor Muhammad Monjurul Islam, who have exposed me to the organizational operations and allowed me to interact and learn. Moreover I would also like to thank to the owner and employees of LINK3 TECHNOLOGIES LTD. for helping me to complete this internship.

This report is based on my internship experience. I have completed my internship as a part of my entire curriculum of Undergraduate in Computer Science, American International University – Bangladesh. During the internship period students receive supervised practical training in his/her field. Internships are often very closely related to the student's academic and career goals. Internship helps students to gain knowledge about particular fields and internship experience helps students to get job. My field of interest is IT Support Engineer and I worked in this field and gain significant knowledge on this field. This experience will help to me to get job on this related field.
