The client presented for session as well-groomed and in a depressed and anxious mood aeb she was crying because she was thinking about discharging from the facility today and how she is going to deal with her mother again. The client's mood later changed aeb making eye contact and providing thoughtful responses, such as "I need to support myself more and take care of myself instead of taking care of others." The client was supportive to his peers in the group when they were sharing aeb listening attentively. The client shared that man does not have to listen to the external opinions about himself and he needs to focus more on his own achievements. The client stated, “I need to look to the good side of being discharge from here, I think I am
going to have a new start and I will use the coping skills and the concepts I learned here.” The client was crying at the end of the group time and stated, “I will miss everyone of you.”
