1. introduction

1. Background of the study

The enrollment system we have proposed and proposing is for the school named “Marisyl School” which was the school that is privately owned and privately managed but then, the enrollment system on the said school is still in manual. And we have learned from addressing some surveys and random interviews around the school premises that, the manual enrollment system was too slow and too difficult for the school to manage at the reason of lacking in faculty members who are knowledgeable enough on handling and managing such large manual files, records and folders.

2. Statement of Objectives

Our general objective is obviously to help ease the problem in managing records on enrolling old and new students.

GET BETTER GRADES using electronic devices such as computers on helping them to compile and manage records on enrollment season, and to propose the computerized system on handling student’s records to avoid mishandling, redundancy, and to prevent records on getting old and damaged by natural calamities like rains, storms and heat.

3. Significance of the Study

The importance of this study may help up the said school to nurture up and elevate the functionality of the school to defy and breach their performances for the last 39 years.

The study will also help us as students to be knowledgeable enough on entering the Information Technology field as applying the lectures to actual performances.

4. Scope and Limitation of the Study
