Is stress always a bad thing
In the past decade or so, after financial tsunami, Hong Kong people changed their mind against more and more challenge. In fact, if they had not positive attitude, they would not solve variance of different stress tactfully. Up to now, people, who exist inside the information age, almost needs dealing with more problems, and then is caused stress every day. How should we do? In my opinion, I am prone to select the positive solution – stress can be good thing instead of negative choose. There was a growing concern about the issue, origin of stress, what it was. As usual, being under stress was as common as saying “How are you”. Either business society or students, was required to deepen their knowledge in order to enhance their qualifications and competitiveness.When they solved the problem, process was easily transferring to various stress. Measure has to be taken, someone, namely negative attitude person, would rather than escape everything, or course it is wrong. For instance, according to survey 1, some people, under the stress of high demanding, got lost and found their target helplessly, therefore they nearly disaggregated, and then indulged themselves in drugs, giving up their life. Unfortunately this act assuredly is not obtained with general acceptance for handling with stress, I think. In the contrast with above attitude, I imagine whether we can regard stress as dynamics, namely not merely overcome difficulties but transfer this process from stress to power as well. Adopting the inverted U theory2 (the photo of right hand side) of Hong Kong Baptist University, the expert, in the field of psychology, pointed out if we have large of stress, we will be extremely anxious, and proved by the survey of second paragraph. Someone probably saying “Losing the stress is a good choice”, I don’t agree with them if we lack of sufficient stress, do you consider what will happen?
