Introduction
Background of the study Nowadays, every Filipino people are experiencing the so called crisis, in our day to day life we always experienced that the value of our peso is getting smaller. Some of our fellow Filipino did not meet the basic standard of living and they are experiencing poverty or destitution it refers to the state of severe deprivation of basic human needs, which commonly includes food, water, sanitation, clothing, shelter, health care, education and information. For most of history poverty had been mostly accepted as inevitable as traditional modes of production were insufficient to give an entire population a comfortable standard of living. The Philippine government during the time of former president GLORIA MACAPAGAL ARROYO creates a solution to minimize poverty in our country. This is through the program of PANTAWID PAMILYANG PILIPINO PROGRAM or 4P’s. The government assigned the Department of Social Welfare and Development to have a massive monitoring to determine which Pilipino families are able to be the beneficiaries of 4P’s. The agency assigns some employees to go to the different places in our country to conduct a massive research about the annual income of the Filipino family to suite to be as a beneficiary. The enumerator of the agency has a difficulty in gathering data, because it is hard for them to enter different kind of status for each beneficiaries. In relation to this, the proponent proposed to have a Computerized Monitoring System for 4P’s to help the enumerators in DSWD to monitor the 4P’s beneficiaries and make their work more fast and easy.

Statement of the Problem This study will focus on the creation of the Computerized Monitoring System of the Department of Social Welfare and Development particularly in monitoring the 4P’s beneficiaries in Catarman N.     Pill bugs live in an outside environment where they are able to get the necessary amount of energy from organic matter. This environment is where water and organic matter is plentiful. In there natural habitat, pill bugs are found in dark, damp places. Living in moist places is important for pill bugs so they can take in enough water, and if water is not available, they group together to prevent water loss. Pill bugs most often live in dark places because they have a negative photo taxis. Darker places also tend to be cooler and damper. Each experiment connected to how the pill bugs would behave in a certain environment. We were able to test these experiments in a laboratory way to see if the natural environments were also true. If pill bugs are given a light and dark environment, then they will prefer the dark environment. If pill bugs were put in a warm or cold environment, they will prefer the cooler temperature. If pill bugs were in a dry or moist are, they would flock to the moist are. In the last experiment we tested to see if they preferred shelter or unsheltered environments, for which they choose unsheltered.
