Introduction
In 2001, Sony Computer Entertainment published a game developed by Naughty Dog called “Jak and Daxter: Precursor’s Legacy”. This is the first game of the Jak trilogy and it is a challenging open-world platformer developed with the same cartoon-like style of Spyro and Crash Bandicoot. It is currently one of Play Station two’s greatest hits and it has been remastered for PS3 and PS4.

Synopsis
Ignoring the advice of the sage, our heroes journeyed to Misty Island in search of adventure. While there, they stumble upon a group of Lurkers surrounding a pair of mysterious dark figures, telling the creatures to find as many precursor artifacts as possible.
They sneak away and find some sort of precursor artifact. Jak can activate …show more content…
It is usually found as either orbs or crystals. It also flows out of vents throughout the world. Depending on the type of Eco, it can give Jak different abilities.
Blue Eco: It powers all precursor artifacts and it makes Jak move twice as fast. Green Eco and precursor orbs are drawn to him when he is powered with blue Eco.
Green Eco: It fills your health bar. Fifty small pieces or 1 full piece equals ¼ of Jak’s health. It is also used to destroy dark Eco plants.
Yellow Eco: Gives Jak and ability to shoot yellow fireballs at his enemies.
Red Eco: Makes Jak significantly stronger. He can defeat enemies with less effort when powered by Red Eco.
Dark Eco: It cannot be controlled. Dark Eco is usually found in yellowish containers throughout the world. Be careful, don’t want to end up like Daxter… or worse.
Light Eco: Not much is known about it, it is made from red, blue yellow, and green Eco. It is extremely …show more content…
Don’t worry, you do not need to collect all of them to beat the game. You can easily keep track of how many objects you found so far by looking at the menu when you pause the game.
Power Cells: You need these objects to power the heat shield for your Zoomer. You can either earn power cells by either buying them from the locals, or by completing the missions in each area.
Precursor Orbs: These orbs can be found all over the place, from the spooky Misty Island, to metal boxes on the beach. You need to collect as many as possible to buy power cells from the villagers (90 per power cell) and Precursor Statues (120 per power cell)
Scout Flies: Kiera sent these robots out to find power cells, but the Lurkers found them all and put them in red boxes. There are 7 scout flies in each area and when you find all seven of them, you receive a power cell.
