Joe And Teresa Giudice: Case Study
Joe and Teresa Giudice are going through a rough time as Joe is about to head to prison. Joe actually sat down with ET Online and he got very emotional talking to them about the possibility of being deported after he gets out of jail. Joe Giudice sat down with Jennifer Peros during an exclusive sit-down interview on Tuesday at the Renwick Hotel in New York City, where he was joined by his wife, Teresa Giudice. This is actually the only interview that Joe Giudice is going to do before heading to prison.

He made it sound like he is hoping that while he is in prison his wife Teresa Giudice will finish up her time on the show. A lot can happen in all the time that Joe Giudice will be gone.

Bustle shared that Joe Giudice will be heading to prison in March and he will be spending 41 months there. Teresa Giudice served almost 12 months in prison. Joe has said all along that he thought that he would get jail instead of Teresa having to spend anytime behind bars.

Joe also had to $414,588.90 in restitution fees to Wells Fargo, in addition to another $10,000 to the government. Joe Giudice did admit to doing something wrong though. In court, he said "I stand here humiliated before the court and my family and society. I disgraced many people, including my wife and four daughters. I take full responsibility for my actions. I promise to be a better person."
