I. Executive Summary As an experienced musician I understand that it is hard and time consuming to go to different locations and deal with different people to get the services that an artist needs. An artist needs photos, music videos, and most importantly a studio to record their music. This is where I combine

The audio recording part of the business will include a fully equipped soundproof recording booth with XLR condenser microphone with great audio quality and a trained engineer who will edit according to the artists style and needs. The photography & videography part of Jonny’s Studio will include film and DSLR photography and 1080 resolution videos with a fully equipped indoor studio and lighting or outdoor shoots depending on what the artist’s needs are. What sets Jonny’s Studio apart from other studios is the fact that it can give three separate services in one place. Instead of dealing with three different companies the artist can deal with one and get all their needs taken care of at one place. This also creates a connection between the artist and the studio because visions can be shared and all aspects of the artist’s image and sound will be managed by one place, which makes it easier to handle, more efficient and more

Applying organizations have to have a successful 2 year history and must have at least one professional on staff. It takes a good deal of organizational and community planning to meet these requirements. A music staff committee is essential, as they have the capacity to plan and offer private instruction for interested music students. This committee would be under the direction of a full time professional instructor and administrator. Budget requirements would also have to be taken into account in the planning process. Line items for the budget would include performance space costs, visiting artist and guest instructor accommodations, advertising costs for scheduled events, building utilities and payroll for any part time or full time staff. Program evaluation…

One of my problems would be finding the right people to grow the business. Finding people, who are able to shoot and edit videos and do it well and probably work for less money than they would get at a major company. To really get into what editing softwares such as Final Cut and Premier Pro can do a person needs years of use in it and it cannot be taught over night. Also teaching a person how to frame shots, the right type of lighting and how a shot is meant to make a person feel takes time to learn. So I would need people who are experienced in those fields. My other challenge would be dealing with a sense of isolation and disillusionment, editing can take hours to days to get done. Since, I would be starting this business solo this would be a major problem because I would have hours of just sitting in front of a computer by myself and editing already a stressful endeavor. This is all on top of trying to run the business on my…

The advantages to Fantastic Entertainment going from Sole trader to partnership are that it provides a healthier foundation for a company. Sole traders assume full responsibility and liability for the actions and finances of the business having an unlimited liability in most cases. Another advantage to Fantastic Entertainment having a partnership is that they are often perceived as professional. They are considered less of a "risk" to invest in or buy than a sole trader company. There would also be more capital from partners, more experience and less of a work load.…

As a society of composers, songwriters, lyricists and music publishers, we know very well that there are many steps between creation and compensation: months, if not years, can pass between the creation of a song, its recording, its release, its performance, and the day when the revenues due to the writer actually arrive. A music creator is like a small business, and ASCAP insists to ensure that music creators are paid promptly when their works are performed publicly. Some of the many other ways in which ASCAP can help writers include workshops, showcases, our website and publications, and an exclusive, tailor-made benefits package that includes health and instrument insurance, a credit union, discounts on musical accessories, travel and much more. ASCAP is committed to nurturing music makers throughout their…

When you first enter the park you are over whelmed by the smell of cinnamon rolls. After you take a few steps into the park the smell of cinnamon is no longer in your nose, the smell of fried chicken enters your nose. While you make your way towards Bigfoot rapids the smell of water makes you feel cold and tense. As you continue the journey around the park you smell smoke and think something is on fire, but the smoke is from the train ride that is by Splash Mountain.…

Toucan Productions is contracted with a number of large acts, including local artists, national tours, and international ventures. If they share the artists events and pictures of the artists using our equipment, I feel that could be a great opportunity of association. Potential customers could see an artist using the company’s gear, and then come calling for rentals of their own. Especially granted that artists, especially larger ones, have professional photography done at concerts, we could be sharing those photos and getting our name out to people who are fans of those acts. Primarily, Facebook would be the ideal avenue to complete this, but it is arguable one could do this on multiple social media…
