Journal #1 What we eat, why we eat it
What am I eating?

Food is one of the great blessing by God for all his creation. We need food and water to be alive. From the beginning of the world the demand of the food is increasing day by day.
The global food chain was already quite extensive by 1701- to the point where affluent English consumers could be oblivious to the costs of sweetening their tea and peppering their sausage. (East India Company Report)
I usually take three times meal in a day. Morning time I usually take breakfast around 7.30 to 8.30. But sometimes I wake up late so I take breakfast and lunch in a same time. I like to take lunch at 2.30 to 3 and try to take my dinner at 10 pm every day. My last one week’s diet is given bellow:
Tuesday: For my breakfast I ate a bread toast and coffee. For my lunch time I ate spaghetti and meat sauce and dinner time I ate fish and rice.
Wednesday: I took a muffin with my Coffee for my breakfast. At the lunch time I ate rice with some spicy chicken. For the dinner I ate rice, some green cooked vegetable and fish.
Thursday: For my breakfast I ate some home fries and Coffee. Shrimp curry with rice and vegetable for my lunch. Dinner time I ate beef and vegetable with rice.
Friday: Bread toast with peanut butter, jam and a cup of coffee for my breakfast. At lunch time I ate egg curry with rice. At the dinner time I ate beef with rice.
Saturday: I didn’t get enough time to take breakfast. At 11 pm I ate a donut with Coffee from Tim Horton. At lunch time I took some shrimp curry with rice and dinner I ate special chicken biryani.
Sunday: For my breakfast I ate home fries, juice and some Coffee. At lunch time I ate Chicken with rice and vegetable. For my dinner I ate spaghetti with meat sauce.
Monday: Breakfast time I are a donut with coffee from Tim. At lunch time I ate egg curry, vegetable and rice. And for my dinner I ate shrimp
