Kudler Fine Foods has proposed creating an electronic sales database of all their products that can be linked to a website. In return this will allow customers to purchase any of his or her items online and have them shipped to his or her homes. With the creation of this electronic commerce, loyalty points can be added to online purchases as well as physical purchases. The loyalty points can also be redeemed for gift items and specialty foods on the website. Before a customer can purchase products online they must register their name, e-mail address, mailing address and credit card information. After providing the proper information they will be prompted to create a user name and password for future use. When an account is set up for a customer, bonus loyalty points could be given…
Riordan Manufacturing is seeking a new system that will consolidate all of their Human Resource related data. Currently, the data that will be a part of the new system is spread out through different departments of the company. The new system will allow this data to be saved in a central location, while only allowing viewing access to certain employees. The access will be much the same as currently in place, but located in a single system. Lastly, the implementation of the new system will be not be a quick process, because it would be safer the company completes a test run to few end users before completely releasing the system. Companies should not try to quickly consolidate data center operations (Lemos, 2009).…
Some of the possible reasons caseworker were not aware of the conditions in the Jackson home could have been due to the fact that the Jackson made have put up a front every time the caseworker came over by pretending to like and do for the kids, or it could have been that the caseworker knew about the condition but just did not care. It is very hard to believe that these caseworkers really did not know that these kids were being abuse and mistreated.…
Adam’s Equity Theory is a model of motivation which basically states that employees will perform at a more productive rate if they feel that they are being treated fairly (Kreitner & Kinicki, 2010). Equity is achieved when a worker perceives their reward for their amount of work to be equal to that of a relevant worker. Negative inequity is perceived by the employee when the relevant worker receives greater rewards for the same amount of work. Positive inequity is perceived by the employee when the relevant worker receives fewer rewards for the same amount of work (Kreitner & Kinicki, 2010).…

Ken who was diagnosed with AIDS and gave it to several women including Barbie who died from the disease should be convicted of a homicide. Ken knew he had the disease and initially having unprotected sex with women he wanted to spread the deadly disease so he should be punished for it. There was a case in Georgia where a man was charged with two counts of HIV-reckless conduct because he didn’t inform his partners that he had HIV. Reckless HIV is a felony under Georgia law and punishable by up to 10 years in prison (WSBTV). I think when people are diagnosed with the disease that they go into a depression and stop caring and start infecting people to make them feel better about themselves. They know they are going to die so they don’t care they give it too and I think they celebrate when they find victims to spread it to. That’s like a serial killer who stalks his victims and goes on a killing spree, and people who have AIDS or HIV and spread it to other people are going the same things as a serial killer because they are killing their victims in the long run. AIDS is a disease that can’t be cured and if a person knows he/she has it and spreads it to others they should get the same convictions as murderers.…

“The environment supports every child’s learning through planned experiences and activities that are challenging and achievable.” (National Strategies EYFS 2014: 32) (Foundation Years, 2016) This quotation associates with The Play Strategy 2008 which was the government’s plan to improve facilities for all children, for instance when the children have P.E, facilities are located for disabled children so they are not excluded. My setting has also placed lifts for children and adults in wheelchairs, this also combines with The Equality Act 2010, which clarifies how schools/nurseries should not discriminate if a child has a disability, and instead they should remain professional and maintain positive relationships between practitioners/professionals. (The Equality Act, 2010)…
Although interviews have low validity for predicting future job performance, they are very important because employers and candidates can exchange important information about the organization and about the candidate.
