Justin Trudeau As A Role Model

Growing Businesses and increasing competition globally intrigued me since I completed my Bachelors in Business administration from DAV College, Jalandhar in 2015. I learnt that it is the Marketing strategies that provides the edge to one brand over another. Marketing research guides company to its potential customers and their growing or changing demands.Basically, to grab the market for new initiatives or too expand for existing one's, Marketing, in 21st century, is the heart of any business.

Consequently, after graduation I wanted to gain some practical experience and knowledge before considering further education. For the same, I decided to join a start-up or small-scale enterprise as the job profiles here are more comprehensive, diverse
and offer more leaning opportunities in comparison to the one in a Mega corporation.

Before joining any workplace, I appeared for the IELTS test to keep my future academic options open. In January 2016, I joined Gobind Commission Shop. This is a business setting that primarily deals in Grain trading with businesses and some government bodies. I joined this firm as a Sales executive and I found the position very congenial.

It's been more than a year I'm working here and in this time period I worked on many sales visits that improved my Negotiation skills which I thoroughly enjoyed. Getting to observe and listen to my employer made me competent in Core Business and Trading Skills. Day to day activities and meeting with many Business owners taught me Business ethics and Business communication too which is the base of any Business to Business trading. I also get to acquire skills about relationship management with banks and creditors.

Now, after gaining some moderate exposure, I want to study ahead that will polish my knowledge and grant me proficiency in my profession.
Consequently, I decided to pursue post graduate study in abroad and discovered opportunities in Canada as better educational standards and a well formed theoretical-practical balance is syllabus makes it a better alternative than India.
Along with better excellence, Canadian degrees and certifications are recognised globally, thus opening slots for graduates worldwide.
In addition, it is a safe country, politically stable and has a tradition of inclusion and diversity. In fact, I consider Honorable Prime Minister of Canada Mr. Justin Trudeau as my role model because of his views on multiculturalism, equality and peace. After learning about Canada, my family got a sense of safety and positivity and they are enthusiastically supporting me in this decision.

The world acknowledges Toronto as one of the most multicultural city in the world and it is at the same time the Business and financial capital of Canada so I started finding choices here and soon discovered a program named Marketing Management and Professional Sales being offered in Lambton college, Toronto which is a highly reputed institution. According to KPI surveys, Lambton college score above the province average on all the different preset
criterion.

This post graduate program covers all the advance subjects in the area of marketing and sales like Integrated Marketing Communications, Marketing strategy, Customer value creation and many more. Studying all these courses is highly essential to earn an expertise in the field.

In my home country, programs generally comprises of outdated contents in the curriculum and updations in the archaic syllabus is not promoted quickly.

Upon graduating with this substantial certificate program, I can easily grab ample of job opportunities worldwide in sectors like Marketing, Corporate Sales, Retail, Brand management, Advertisement etcetera.

Overall, this two-year program in Lambton college is sufficient to provide a strong base to every aspiring Marketer or Salesman and as a matter of fact, this last academic pursuit of mine can edify my career greatly.
