I will ask you please to take a moment and complete part I and II of the quality survey enclosed, and send scanned document back to us. Also, forward along all certifications or licensees to support your responses.

I understand this purchase need to be via credit card, is any way to pay with PO and net 30? Do we need to have credit application in place?

Finally, please share your W-9 form as is also required.

There are some critical issues that I face. One is that the concept is so different and new that it may be difficult to change the largest market’s buying behavior since ketchup is a staple which consumers have become accustomed to in options and flavor. Also, since this product is a premium option and will be priced higher it will alienate a lot of those who will not pay more for an ingredient that is given away free at fast food stores and also those who have been hurt by the recent economic recession. “I've called this meeting to resolve a major problem with our management cost and control system (MCCS),” remarked Wilfred Livingston, president. “We're having one hell of a time trying to meet competition with our antiquated MCCS reporting procedures. Last year we were considered nonresponsive to three large government contracts because we could not adhere to the customer's financial reporting requirements.
