Maintaining a Good Health People nowadays are trying to stay healthy, with so many diet plans going on; health is a main concern in life. In maintaining a good health, it is easy for each person to stay away from sickness and diseases. Therefore, if you are trying to improve your health, you must follow these four ways to stay healthy; keeping a clean diet, exercising, staying hydrated with water, and getting a good rest. Keeping a clean diet is a way to stay healthy. By dieting you should eat fruits and vegetables. Some examples of good fruits are banana, apple, and plums. With these fruits you get good nutrition and improve your immune system. Eating fruits every day is recommended by most diet expects. Vegetables on the other hand contain fiber, which is the best way to improve your health. Broccoli, spinach, and carrots carry proteins that your body will need. Vegetables contain high amount of vitamins like, A and C to keep your weight where it is supposed to be. Another way to maintain healthy is exercising. It is wisely recommended to exercise for about an hour each day. The earlier you start to exercise, the better it i for your health, because you are burning calories, improving balance, preventing diseases, and strengthen flexibility. Doing cardio burns more calories than any other exercise, try running, bicycling, and swimming to burn about 800 calories per hour. Exercising can control weight in so many ways, example working out on your abdominals, than do crunches and sit-ups that will flatten the belly. However, drinking water can benefit your health a lot. Your body needs to intake at least eight cups/glass of water every day to manage bodily fluids. To stay hydrated drink only water, no sugar, flavored, nor soda drinks, because water can help the body flush out the bad bacteria out.     The most important thing we can do to stay healthy is to eat nutritious foods like fruits and vegetables. Vegetables are not as bad as people think.
