What is the best way to stay healthy ?
WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO STAY HEALTHY ?
What is the best way to enjoy our life in a happy and comfortable way? In my opinion, there are three best ways to stay healthy.
First, you should exercise every time, everywhere if you have a chance. In fact, besides exercising in your fixed, regular time such as jogging in the morning or swimming in the evening, you can exercise at any time you can. For example, do not take the elevator or escalator if you move down or up one floor. Use the stairs. Furthermore, you don’t need to drive your car to the supermarket in order just to buy a loaf of bread when it is only 200 meters away from your house. Walk to burn extra calories. In addition, you can take your lovely Chihuahua dog for a walk after work, instead of letting other family members do that. This is a chance for you to exercise lightly and relax after a hard working day.
Second, have a healthy diet. That is, you should eat less fat such as red meat, fast foods and snacks. Consume more vegetables and fruits. However, going to extremes, you will be suffering from malnutrition. Moreover, alcohol and cigarettes always destroy our health. Indeed, people who smoke and drink not only have problems with their health but also look declined and older than their age is. In addition, say no to restaurants or parties if it is not necessary. Although delicious, dishes in restaurants are always full of fat. Frequent parties all night long are not a beneficial thing for health. Have you ever noticed that you feel worse after leaving a party at 1:00 am?
Third, live a carefree life. Life, itself, is complicated enough. Therefore, don’t push yourself under any pressure. Like sayings “how can I make more money?” , ” I want to be the best in the company” or “ I am invincible “ just give you more headache and lack of sleep. Furthermore, make more friends than enemies. In fact living in harmony with everybody always makes you feel safe and sound. This is conducive to your health. Last
