Executive Summary
Mission: Collegiate Consulting Services (CCS), conducted a needs assessment of a local Keva’ Juice franchise to identify if there was a training requirement needed, and if there was, CCS would develop a balanced organizational training and development plan.
Purpose of Communication: With consumers today wanting more healthy choices we chose Keva’ Juice as they offer a healthy, tasty alternative beverage using 100% natural ingredients, promoting a distinct benefit over ice cream, yogurt or fast food venues. We divided the assessment into three specific areas: organizational analysis, person analysis, and task analysis.
Results: CCS used a combination of assessment questionnaires, observations, and interviews, in our organizational analysis, and we identified a need for a more detailed training plan. Our team identified ways in the person analysis for management and staff to increase productivity and to better provide training and communication with their customers. All of the employees we interviewed were knowledgeable, and had skills and ability to perform their jobs successfully. Management was willing to invest in the training for their staff.
