INTRODUCTION Bank is a type of organization which plays an important role in the economy. In fact, many finacial organizations – including stock trading, stock brokerage firms and insurance companies are trying to make the bank service become more development. The agencies of the bank show that specific business transactions between the bank and the companies is one of the essential problems in the economy. In the current conditions, Vietnam's banking system as a turning in mediating between saving and investing. On the other hand, the stock market hasn’t stopped promoting the role of the bank become increasing.
3. The relationship between banks and companies.
3.1 The basic aspects of the bank:
There are five basic aspects:
- The level of reliability: The features related to the process of service delivery requires accuracy, stability, reliability. When the banks promise to do something in the particular time, have they done like that ? When companies have problems, are the banks really interested in solving this problem? Do the banks provide on time the services which are committed ?
- The level of Assurance: shown in the knowledge and the behavior of the service providers, as well as the potential making their trust and confidence..
- Tangible factor (Tangibles): Shown in material conditions, supporting equipment, of the forms of external service providers. Are the banks equipped modernly or arranged eye-catching or not? Do the uniforrms of the banking staff look neat and elegant?
- The understanding (Empathy): Expressing by the concern or the note of the bankss to the companies. Do the banks express special interest to individuals of the companies? Time,

    The formal financial system of Vietnam consists of state-owned commercial banks, foreign banks, domestic joint-stock commercial banks, stock market, etc. Before 1989, the financial system of Viet only consisted of the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV), the central bank of Vietnam. It’s had several affiliates aimed at distributing credit to State own entities (SOEs) and other entities under directives of the central plan and handling deposits of these SOEs and entities (Ly 2003). The government later reform the system and created a two-tier banking system, the SBV had restricted it self to acting as the central bank, the control of commercial banking activities were given to the four state owned commercial banks.
