Leadership
A great leader incorporates the power to reach out and strengthen the relationship with his people emotionally. At the same time, not to be fearful to reveal his flaws and weaknesses because it demonstrates a leader that can relate to real life problems. People respond better to a leader when they see similarities and traits that resemble their own.
Confidence
Confidence is crucial to overcoming any obstacle because it indicates that one is abolished of fear and is completely competent. It motivates an individual to push themselves beyond their limits to greater heights, in doing so it indirectly motivates others. It also contributes to a healthy relationship because in order to trust a person, one must be confident in their abilities.
Disability
Disability cannot stop an individual from reaching their full potential and to be great, disability can be overcome with perseverance and determination. Disability is only an obstacle that is preventing the growth and development of an individual for as long as the individual does not wish to make any attempt to transcend it.
Personal growth
Personal growth may be a slow development but definitely manifested when mistakes are made and the individual learns from those mistakes. Every time we learn something new, it contributes to our personal growth because we become wiser. It can also be acquired through learning more about our self because we are now capable of things we once thought was impossible.
Communication
Any relationship is built on the foundation of communication, no communication no relationship, strong communication strong relationship. When an individual is trying to get a point across, whether to one person or a vast audience, communication skills are important because it allows the individual to identify and understand what the people around them want, need, feel, and expect of
