4.1 Consequences of the Interviewer
The interviewer was conducted about the key role of the employees in KMU and the employee characteristics. Form the results of this interview we know that KMU has almost 720 employees; and they are all having a key and effective roles. In more depth Khyber Medical University, Khyber pakhtunkhwa human resources Section are responsible for Employees Capacity Building, Recruitment, Employees Relations, and Performance Management. The 2nd portion of the interview is focusing on the issues of HR that effect the retention of the employees. There are three more vital factors for employee retention was identified by the human resources Officer. These vital elements were; to hire new employee, give employee promotion, and further graded five more aspects in Khyber Medical University, Khyber pakhtunkhwa. First priority by the interviewer is given to recruitment, & recognized, Second: issue of human resources Officer is capacity building, compensation &the ending was mentioned was interesting job related projects. Human resources Officer indicated that recruitment should be merit based, then it could be very beneficial to KMU, performance management also discussed by him& declared that the key performance of employees are significant in an organization for the employee retention. According to the HR Officer, the turnover rate of the Khyber Medical University is very low. Also clarifying, this amongst 720 staff, four staff members gone to other institutions. Human resources representative said controlling the rate of turnover & trying to decrease by focusing gross problems of our staff
