ABSTRACT
This assignment is included four parts by answering four questions about the human resources problems related to Telerik, which the company in IT industry. Some ideas for attracting talent such as positive reputation, working environment, Human resource, company culture, etc will be provide in the first part of this assignment. The second part of this assignment focuses on the ways this business to develop and keep talent such as work at Telerik, training program, improve team working and manage policies in human resource management. It is very helpful for this company to target the long-term as well as the short term. The third part of this assignment, the reward system in Telerik reflects the behavior of employees in the work environment as well as the culture at Telerik. In the four part of this assignment, likely other companies, Telerik also has to facing with many challenges about the human resources in the future
