Task 1
Write an introduction to the unit explaining the role of the Human Resource Function in an organisation. TASK 1 TO BE COMPLETED BY 14-2-2014
Task 2 a)
Describe the internal and external factors to consider when planning the human resource requirements of an organisation.
Task 2 b)
Using the UK National Statistics website (www.statistics.gov.uk) research the different types of employment levels in your area. Produce a table including employment levels, different job types, hours worked etc.
Click ‘regional statistics’ tab and follow the ‘Neighbourhood statistics’ link for your part of the UK. Compare the statistics with the nation as a whole. TASK 2 TO BE COMPLETED BY 28-2-2014.
